Online Worship Must Be Live and not Recorded
Per order of the bishop and effective this weekend, Masses can no longer be posted as a recording to be viewed later. The livestream of the St. Theresa Sunday 10 a.m. Mass can only be viewed live on our YouTube Channel or Facebook page.
For the next three Sundays, September 20th, September 27th, and October 4th, the livestream will be during the 10 a.m. Mass only. After October 4th, the livestream will change to the 9:00 a.m. Sunday Mass.
New Mass Times Starting October 11th
As per order of Bishop Vasquez, our Sunday Mass schedule as of October 10-11th will change. We will continue with the 5 p.m. Vigil Mass on Saturday, and Sunday Masses will be celebrated at:
7:30 a.m., 9:00 a.m., and 11:00 am.

Blessing of the Animals
Saturday, Oct. 3rd, 9 a.m.
You are invited to bring your beloved pet to the Blessing of the Animals at St. Theresa courtyard on Saturday, Oct. 3, at 9 a.m. We request those on two legs to social distance. The pet blessing is in honor of the Feast Day of St. Francis of Assisi, which falls on Sunday, Oct. 4th. We will be collecting pet food and pet supplies for the Pet Food Bank of Austin and Travis County, which assists pets and their owners in emergency situations.
"Organ Notes" from our Organist
The Jewish High Holidays begin this evening with Rosh Hashanah, the Jewish New Year. When you listen to the postlude at Mass this weekend, you may recognize that it has the melody of a traditional Jewish folksong. Our new parish organist, Rob Keene, has put together fascinating tidbits of information on the organ music for Masses this weekend in this week's Organ Notes.
St. Theresa parish is hosting the annual White Mass for the Diocese on Oct. 15th at 6 p.m. All are invited to join the Mass online on our parish YouTube channel or Facebook page and pray for our health care professionals who have served us courageously and tirelessly. In-person seating is limited due to social distancing requirements.
H.S. Confirmation Registration Due
High School students in grades 9 and up who wish to be confirmed this school year must register for the Confirmation preparation program by Friday, Sept. 25th.

St. Louis Food Pantry in Need of Food Donations
The food pantry at St. Louis parish is in need of donations to meet growing demand. Please consider donating at their Drive-Thru Food Drive on Sunday, Sept. 27. Simply drive through at 2114 St. Joseph’s Blvd. (Behind the school. Look for the signs.) any time between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Sept. 27th to drop off food donations. Especially needed are cereal, tomato sauce, canned chicken and salmon,
pasta and beans. Thank you!
