Confirmation Class
Covenant-Signing
this Sunday at the 9:00 am Mass
This Sunday morning we welcome the Confirmation Class of 2021 for a Mass in which Monsignor Sullivan and the candidates will sign a Covenant Agreement. The size of the congregation at this Mass will be larger than other Masses in recent months.
Though all are welcome, to offset the congregation’s size you may want to consider coming to one of the other Masses offered this and every weekend: Saturday at 4:00 pm or Sunday morning at 7:30 am or 11:00 am.
For the 9:00 am Mass additional seating has been arranged in the Johnson Room. The Mass will also be telecast on a large screen into the Johnson Room (like at Christmas) so any persons there will hear and see the Mass and, of course, receive Holy Communion.
Bishop McManus Coming for our Novena
Bishop McManus will be the celebrant and homilist at the Novena to St. Joseph this Monday night, September 28. We begin at 7:15 pm and conclude by 8:00 pm. Please consider coming and praying with our bishop.
2 First Holy Communion
Masses this Week
Our celebration of First Holy Communion, scheduled for last May, had to be postponed. We have now continued our preparation of the candidates and divided the class in half. There will be two First Holy Communion Masses this coming week: Wednesday afternoon and next Saturday morning. Please keep these children in your prayers as they receive the Eucharist for the first time.
