For the Month of October, we are encouraging our parish families to pray the rosary together. You may then submit the number of rosaries prayed towards our parish goal of 1,000 rosaries by the end of October.
As we receive submissions, we will begin to build a virtual rosary to share our progress (like a fund-raising thermometer) on an image on our website like the example above. For more information, click here.

The Laity's Mission in the Church
We pray that by the virtue of baptism, the laity, especially women, may participate more in areas of responsibility in the Church.
St. Francis of Assisi, Pray for us!
Lord, make me an instrument of your peace:
where there is hatred, let me sow love;
where there is injury, pardon;
where there is doubt, faith;
where there is despair, hope;
where there is darkness, light;
where there is sadness, joy.
O divine Master, grant that I may not so much seek
to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand,
to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
Amen.

PRAYER FOR EVANGELIZATION
Our Father who art in Heaven, I ask in Your Name, and that of Jesus your Son, and the Holy Spirit to help me continue to build my spiritual life, and that of my family and the community of St. Mark, that we may daily come closer to You. Further, that my actions and prayers will be an example to also bring others closer to you. As you have taught - knock and the door will be opened - I knock that I, my family, and others may seek and enter Your Kingdom.
