Good Afternoon!
It's OCTOBER, our favorite time of the year here at the Recreation Department!
Unfortunately, we can't have all of our usual spooktacular events, so we've come up with something even better for Brighton Residents!!
Join us for our first ever Drive Thru Trunk or Treat, on Saturday, October 24th! Safety precautions will be in place to keep you and your family safe! No Trunk or Treat event is complete with out some fun Tricked Out Trunks, we need those too!
We can't wait to see the community come together to get out of the house, get creative and join us for some drive thru Trick or Treat fun!

Enjoy our participating Tricked out Trunks from the safety of your car while collecting treats! Participants are encouraged to wear costumes and decorate your car to get into the Halloween Spirit! (Think Birthday Parades)
Safety comes first at this event! Participants must stay inside their vehicles at all times, masks are encouraged for everyone, treats will be provided by the Town of Brighton.
- Start at the public safety wing of Town Hall (2300 Elmwood Ave) and exit at the library
- Event runs 3:00 - 4:30 pm, while supplies last
- Registration encouraged, but not required to help us with planning
- Registration does not guarantee treats, event is first come first serve while supplies last
We need your creativity! Put your car in a costume and be part of the fun!
$10 reserves your spooky spot at our Drive Thru Trunk or Treat event. We will provide the treats, you provide the Tricked Out Trunk! Please be sure to decorate your car in a family-friendly, yet haunted manner! Family friendly costumes are welcome!
- 2:00 pm arrive to set up in the parking lot of the Brighton Town Hall Safety Wing
- 3:00 - 4:30 pm Drive through Trunk or Treat event, while supplies last
- Masks that covers your nose and mouth required at all times (a costume mask does not meet this requirement)
- Displays will be socially distanced and assigned to each vehicle
- No more than two volunteers per vehicle during the event
