...that the Gentiles are coheirs, members of the same Body, and copartners in the promise in Christ Jesus through the Gospel. (From Ephesians 3:2-12)
The word Gentiles means all non-Jewish individuals. So, when St. Paul says Gentiles are members of the same Body (Christ) and copartners, here is what that means: Republicans, Democrats, immigrants, refugees, Black, White, Catholics, Protestants, Evangelicals, the educated, mask wearers, non-mask wearers, rich, poor, convicts, addicts, conspiracy theorists, alcoholics, sinners, Saints, and ALL OF US are copartners with Christ and one another! Let us come together as one family as the children of God that we ALL are and let us work for peace, for the poor, for those in need, for our community, state, our nation, our world, our universe, and for our eternal lives! We are all copartners with Christ on this earth, so let us work with Christ and one another for the betterment of souls and the soil we all share on this spinning blue ball as we tumble through space TOGETHER! My sisters and brothers in Christ, that is what we are—sisters and brothers—so let’s start loving one another and let’s put an end to anything and everything that isn’t love! Amen!
