Recently, all the bulbs in the hall were replaced with dimmable LEDs and the lighting in the Church was also converted to LED. Several fans stopped working recently in the Church, but the company extended their warranty and replaced them free of charge. The HVAC system in the office has been repaired, tree removal and tree trimming has been done, and a window was added to the conference room door to comply withSafe Environment standards.
There was a recurring bat problem at the rectory so "bat man" was hired and took care of the problem. No more bats for Fr. Nick to chase around the rectory with a tennis racket!! A masonry company will be repairing the parish hall steps and repointing the outside of the Church where needed. This summer rain came in around the main stained glass windows in the Church, so these will also be repaired. The main sign for the parish on Route 16 has also been upgraded.
