Along with materials to make your family prayer space, each high school student received 3 sheets of origami paper. By following the video above, you can create a simple prayer message to leave for others. Here is what to do with your completed crosses:
1. Be sure to include a prayer. Write your prayer on the paper before you begin folding. Here is a good one:
Loving Provider, thank You for those who are shining lights, and please call forth others to make a difference. Be a light for those who work in Your name to feed the hungry. Continue to use relief workers to bring not only much-needed food but to also show Your love so people can be fed spiritually and physically.
2. Fold your cross.
3. Give your cross to a family member, friend, or neighbor and ask them to put is somewhere they can see it every day during the month of November. (During normal times, I would ask you to leave the cross in a library book, or someplace where a stranger could find it.)
