It has been a busy but fruitful week at the parish. We have already began preparations for our Annual Turkey Dinner, and the volunteers we have had thus far have been outstanding. We are so grateful to everyone who makes this dinner possible by donating their time or financially contributing. If you haven’t had a chance to volunteer there is still time, and more opportunities. The schedule has been revised a little so there is a list below of the remaining activities that we need help with or that you can take part in:

10/31/20
8:00 AM - Debone Wings, Grind Gizzards, Celery & Onions
8:15 AM - Make Dressing & Fill Cranberry Cups
11:00 PM - Start Cooking Turkeys

11:45 AM - 2nd Shift Food Servers until sold out
3:00 PM - Raffle drawing under bell tower. (Also live-streamed)
(Please note: when you are volunteering please enter through the front door of Obrien Hall. We are required to do temperature checks upon arrival, and one point of entry will make this easier.)
If you have not purchased your meal tickets or raffle tickets these will be available in person through the line. We will be accepting cash, check or credit card.
On Sunday, please know that we will do our best to be as efficient as possible to get you through the line quickly. We have made plans to run three to-go lines to help in this effort, but do ask for your patience as we are planning to serve 2500 plates. Plates will only be served through the drive through to-go line, walk ups will not be accepted. Thank you for understanding.
