Grief is an intensely personal experience. There is no set time or plan for dealing with the loss of a loved one. Many find comfort and encouragement spending time with others who share their struggle. If you feel that you could benefit from such a group, consider being a part of Mourning to Morning, our six-week bereavement support ministry. Mourning to Morning will give participants the opportunity to learn about the grieving process, share their experiences, reaffirm their faith, and begin to move forward.
Our next group begins on Saturday, June 17, 2017 from 2:00 to 3:30PM in the rectory.
Our Bereavement Ministry serves parishioners throughout the year. Through one-on-one meetings with a parish staff member, providing helpful reading, funeral liturgy planning and serving at funerals, we seek to be a supportive presence to meet the individual needs of our parishioners and their families.
