Dear Parishioners,
FYI In conformity with Governor Hogan's restrictions announced this week, we continue to limit our church attendance to 25% of our capacit. We are also practicing safe distancing, requiring the wearing of masks and sanitizing the church after services. Additionally, all ministers of Holy Communion sanitize their hands before distributing the Eucharist. We believe that these measures coupled with our Lord's protection, make coming to church here a safe and much-needed spiritual opportunity.
For those who are uncomfortable with attending Mass, we have brief Communion Services in the parking lot in front of the school at 1 PM on both Saturday and Sunday. You can receive Holy Communion while remaining in your vehicle. Additionally, you can request that someone bring Communion to you at your home, (meeting you in your front yard if you prefer), and we will train members of parish households to bring Holy Communion to their family members. Please please please, don't let the virus keep you from receiving our Lord in Holy Communion.
Finally, we continue to put our 10 AM Sunday Mass out on zoom for you to watch from home.
If there is anything else we can do to assist you spiritually at this time, please call me and let me know.
With my prayers,
Father Conley
