2021 Confirmation Candidates
You are invited to get to know a little about our 2021 Confirmation Candidates by checking out their virtual posters introducing themselves. Since we cannot post them in the Worship Center as in the past, please CLICK below to see them.
Also on the web page, under the posters you’ll find two links.
- One is to a sign-up page where you can commit to pray for at least one of our candidates.
- The second is to a prayer card you may download and use.

Continue to lift our Stephen Minister trainees in your prayers.
This week they will have their second session on “Assertiveness: Relating Gently and Firmly,” during which they will explore their own experiences with assertiveness, explore how to practice it in many different situations, and recognize how assertiveness is a very Christian way of relating.
This week, they are covering “A Process Approach to Caring,” which provides the key understanding that the most effective caregiving happens when we focus on the process of care – not the results we hope to see.
They do not have to fix the caregivers’ problems; instead, they can continue providing the best possible care while relying on God to bring about the results.
