We’ve made it COVID-19 safe and easy to become a Blessing Tree Sponsor this year!
To register, please log onto the Sponsor Registration page at https://www.st-mm.com/blessing-tree-sponsor-survey or hold your phone over the QR Code so that it’s clearly visible within your smartphone’s screen (you may have to go into settings on your phone and turn on the QR Code Reader for it to scan).
The Blessing Tree Sponsor Registration Page will load. Please fill it out and submit.
IMPORTANT
- After we receive your application, we’ll call and register you with a Blessing Tree Child (please don’t purchase a gift until you hear from us.)
- We will give you a Blessing Tree Code that you’ll need to affix to your gift.
- Starting November 30, 2020: You may bring your gift to the St. Paul Center, 120 Isaacks Rd
* Monday’s: 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm
* Tuesday & Thursday’s: 10:00 am - 12:00 noon / 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
* Friday’s: 10:00 am - 3:00 pm
The deadline to DROP OFF your Gift(s) is Thursday, December 17 at 6:00 pm.
This year we are looking for sponsors for one hundred families (265 children). Your Sponsorship will bring Holiday Hope and Joy to these children.
