- HOW DO PARISHIONERS REGISTER FOR A FORMED ACCOUNT?
Go to: formed.org/signup. Select the tab that says I am with a Parish or Organization. Select your parish (Type in St. Mary and select the one with our address). Register with your name and email address. Check that email account for a link to begin using FORMED. It is that easy!
