Mass Schedule: Saturday: Confessions at 3:30 - 4:30 pm, Vigil Mass 5:00 pm Sunday 7:30 am, 9:30 am, 11:30 am, 1:15 pm, 5:00 pm Monday - Friday: Daily Mass at 12 pm Tuesdays: Confessions at 6:00 - 6:45 pm, Mass at 7:00 p.m.
For those attending Mass in person, there are collection baskets at the gifts table in the Narthex. If you are joining us from home, you can help via online giving. We are grateful for your continued support!
THIS SUNDAY IS THE DEADLINE TO TURN IN YOUR GIFT CARDS FOR THE GIVING TREE. Please turn in your donations in the collection basket (please mark your donation is for the Giving Tree) or make an online donation. Thank you for your generosity!
Our ADVENT PENANCE SERVICEwill be offered this Tuesday, Dec. 1 at 7:30 p.m., immediately after the 7:00 pm. Mass. Pandemic precautions and social distancing will be observed. There are only a few Penance Services announced in our area at this time. Lines for the sacrament of Reconciliation on Saturdays get longer as Christmas approaches, so please plan accordingly.
Anyone interested in remembering a loved one at Christmas with a memorial gift of poinsettias may place the name of the person to be remembered, along with $10, in an envelope marked “Christmas Flowers” and place in the collection basket. Donations may also be submitted onlineon the parish website. Deadline is Mon., Dec. 7.
We still have some unclaimed mementos from our Altar of the Dead. To collect your items, please pick them up from the table in the Narthex or contact Jennifer at jennifer.gamblin@stcatherine-austin.org.

THE CHURCH OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED ON MON., SEPT. 7 IN OBSERVANCE OF LABOR DAY. Adoration will be from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. and Daily Mass will be celebrated at 12:00 noon.
In celebration of Independence Day, the Parish Offices will be closed Fri., July 3 and Mon., July 6. Daily Masses will be celebrated at Noon.
TODAY IS THE FIRST SUNDAY OF ADVENT. As followers of Jesus, we imitate Him. Jesus was always hopeful and spread the gift of hope to others. Jesus opens our ears to hear God’s messages of hope–“the music of the future.” In this first week of Advent, we especially focus on this gift of hope: our hope in the coming of our Savior. We are offering the following opportunities to celebrate a hope-filled Advent at St. Catherine:

OUR LADY OF GUADALUPE MASS, Fri., Dec. 11at 7 p.m. Our annual Mass for the Feast of Our Lady will feature a dramatization by our Amigos Club of the appearance of the Virgin Mary to St. Juan Diego, as well our guest musicians Mariachi Relámpago– but this year it will be offered via livestream only on the livestream page.
